It's a bunny! It's a bear! It's a kitty!

It's fast, frantic, yet bright and cheerful!

This remix is what became of that one night almost one year ago; I was humming Bounce Bounce in the shower and unknowingly switched songs to Kitty Attack. It was as if I was Archimedes shouting "Eureka" as he steps into his bathtub contemplating volume displacement... but, I digress. Over time I started to build on the idea, adding in some of the frantic experience I had playing Rabi-Ribi for the first time all those years ago, which culminated into gabber, uptempo hardcore, then speedcore, in that order.

There can never be too much bunny!!! ..or can there?

Hi, Yumemochi here. The BGA is a Rabi-Ribi fan story and animation from Miru's viewpoint. This was created as a tribute to the game, and a present to the community, so I tried to fit in as many characters as possible and tried to include some fun references to the game. But if you haven't played the game, don't worry about spoilers. Nothing in the animation is canon after all.

Movie Introduction:
Sleepy Miru loves bunnies. She loves bunnies so much that her happy dreams are also always filled with bunnies! One night, she has a very peculiar dream - a vivid one which was far from happy… PANIC! It's a high-tension misadventure filled with adrenaline, betrayals, and bunnies!

BGA Production Comments:
This is my first time taking on a full animation project and it definitely took a lot out of me, but the experience and end result was definitely worth it. I especially enjoyed storyboarding and trying to come up with funny expressions for the characters!

The project grew a lot since its conception. Initially, only a simple looping chase animation was planned as the BGA. But weeks before the registration date, a certain Pokemon MV was released that really inspired me. I decided to take this BGA as an opportunity to create a similar tribute to Rabi-Ribi, and bring to life as many characters and aspects of the game I could.

From the get-go, the scope of the project was probably too huge to finish punctually, but I was probably too inexperienced to tell. It was pretty frustrating missing a halloween release for the BGA, and eventually missing the registration deadline date entirely. But I don't think I'll regret the decision to prioritise quality over speed.

Huge thanks to wcko for all the QA and help throughout the project, Akaginite for helping with the Japanese translations, and everyone in the team for all the support!!
