[5K] Cool track with acid and strong attack breakbeats, with I feel the essence of BIG BEAT. The chart was rhythmic in the way it went back and forth between scratching and percussion, and it worked well with HARD-Judge. Also, the chart is focused on only notes with strong attack and the TOTAL is set to balance the scratch part so I thought it was sophisticated game-design. I'm not familiar with the level-rating for 5K, but at least it's easier than nymph/XXXY_c [five-leaf] lol (DeepL)

My favorite from the event! The atmosphere is on point and it has strong 5 key energy that I absolutely love! I'm surprised at how high quality the audio is, considering the filesize limitations. It even has an atmospheric, even if simple, BGA. The chart is very much a 5 key style chart, though it's more of a hard level 7/easy level 8 than a level 6 when it comes to 5 key meta.

The song certainly has a strong atmosphere (like other MITCH DOWNVELL songs do), but I do think that a wider spread of charts would go a long way towards a better experience, gaming-wise. I suppose that would run counter to the intended aesthetic, though..? While in other contexts the BGA may seem a bit crude or plain, considering the nature of the event, I think it's fine. I'm aware that you were under a time crunch as well (that's right guys I am personally acquainted with MITCH DOWNVELL. stay envious). I like the acid synth line, as well as the breaks at the end. The scratch patterns are cool, but I can't hit them. At all. how dare you do this to me

Though the song stands just fine right now, it also leaves the impression that I'd personally like it much more if there was a something of a climax somewhere, or a couple more phrases to it. At the same time though, this makes the song pair well with the concept of a single pattern with a tight judgerank... so on the overall I was satisfied more than I was dissatisfied
